Driver Privacy Notice

Your carrier uses the Haulsky driver app to send you loads and receive status updates. This notice explains, in plain language, what the app collects.
Location
- Collected only while you are on duty and only after you give consent in the app.
- Used to update load status and ETAs for your carrier and its customers.
- You can withdraw consent at any time in the app settings; your carrier will be notified.
- Location history is kept for a limited time (currently up to 24 months) and then deleted automatically.
Personal phones
Using your own phone is optional unless you agree to it. If you use a personal phone, the app does not access your contacts, other apps, or personal photos — only pictures you take in the app of load documents.
Safety
The app locks while the truck is moving. You will never be asked to read or type while driving. Urgent notices are read aloud.
